Gianni Onassis & Pinky Freestyle

Yesterday was an amazing day. Worked in the garden, picked and made a salad. Then some Tabuli, a woldorf salad, some chicken and rice. Went to Do Division Fest, but it began to rain, so some new friends came back to my place and we recorded a freestyle. Well, actually I recorded it without telling them. I started playing some New Orleans Bounce for them because tonight is Big Freeda at Do Division Fest! Had to cut the session short because we had to head on over to a wedding. Stew & Erin threw a hell of a wedding party. It was so much fun.

Teenager of the Year

I have been lucky to work with these guys Teenager of the Year because they have performed with the group I DJ for Ruby Weapon. Both groups are Sketch Comedians who perform songs as well. This track Karatee was performed in our Ruby Weapon show this past year at Chicago Sketch Fest. The vocals are by Cool Axel Axel Octavious Axel, who is also the "Hype Man" in Ruby Weapon. It was a blast dancing around doing karatee moves on stage to this jam!

I DJed the Blick 100 year anniversary event with my buddy Samuel Piazza aka Granola of the group Big Splashes. Afterwords, we hung out with DJ Demchuck and a little freestyle jam went down. Sam shinned some light on where the name "Big Splashes" came from. This song from the legendary rapper Sharkula called Tango for Cash also featuring Willo.
